Please join us for the second session of this four week Rehabilitative Yoga class – “Mind Your Body.” This class is suitable for all abilities and is led by Audra Yewchin, OTR/L (Occupational Therapist). Potential benefits of this class include increased strength and flexibility, stress reduction, and enhanced mind-body connection. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
Mind Your Body will start Monday, October 23 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the ABIN office. There is no fee for this class.
Please bring family members or support persons with you –it’s beneficial for everyone!
